Step 1 – Problem Definition
The first engagement will be to work with your organisation to really understand and define a problem ensuring that agreed symptoms are included.
Step 2 – Solution DEsign
As the problem is defined we will use our experience and network of partners to look at potential solutions, and create a menu of ways to solve it (including costs and implications and a recommendation).
Step 3 – Implementation and Verification
Once the approach, measurables and budget are agreed we will deliver and help to monitor that everything is working as agreed.
